Berry Delicious—Dairy-Free Yogurt Cup

Non-dairy yogurt cups are easy to make. All you need is fruit, nuts and dairy-free yogurt.

This yogurt cup has strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, raisins and nuts. I also added pomegranate seeds. This makes a great combination and is berry delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup nuts of choice
  • 1/2 cup fruit of choice
  • 1/3 cup pomegranate seeds (optional)
  • 5.3 oz dairy-free yogurt

Topping;

  • 1/4 cup nuts
  • 1/4 cup fruit & rains

Instructions :

  1. Layer bottom of plastic cup with pomegranate seeds
  2. Add fruit and sprinkle nuts on top
  3. Add yogurt and top with nuts, raisins and fruit
