Welcome to Tasty Vegan Style!

Thanks for joining me on my VEGAN journey.  For some, a healthy diet is important; so why not make it interesting.  After researching the food that I was eating, I chose to change my diet and no longer eat meats and dairy.  Since I have gone vegan, I feel better and pleased with my medical results.

Vegan cooking is fun and healthy, it is tasty and in some cases aids in the body’s healing process. I am loving the recipes that I get to make and share; it has been an amazing journey!  Join me on my blog for some delicious recipes and share them with family and friends.  I would also love to hear your comments and suggestions.
