Strawberry Almond Smoothie

Smoothies are easy and require very little prep time. They energize as well as heal; it’s whatever your need or preference is for the day.
This strawberry smoothie is delicious for a breakfast drink.
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup cashew or almond milk
  • 14 strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon agave
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
Mix all in the blender and it is ready to drink!
