Go-to AM Nutrition Smoothie
If you don’t necessarily want coffee, but looking for that AM Boost and Nutrition drink, cacao will absolutely do it.
You can go from zero to π―with just a couple of tablespoons or more in your smoothie.
Here is my recipe– it’s delicious π
- 3 bananas
- 2 tablespoons Organic Cacao powder (for more protein or Boost add another tablespoon)
- 1/2 cup dairy free milk π₯ (unsweetened almond, cashew…)
- 1 cup Spinach
- 1 tablespoon Peanut or Almond Butter
- 8 Ice cubes (optional)
Mix in blender and serve immediately
Add you favorite toppings. I added nuts and shredded coconut π₯₯ flakes– yum, yum ππ©πΌβπ³
