This is a delicious spicy guacamole and tomato toast. The vegan cheddar cheese is a great accompaniment. Guacamole promotes a healthy heart and lifestyle.

Ingredients:
- 2 slices of whole wheat toast or toast of your choice
- 1/4 cup basil chopped
- 1/4 cup scallions chopped
- 1 garlic glove minced
- 1 small tomato chopped
- 2 guacamole
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon old bay
- Cayenne pepper to taste
- Sea salt to taste
- 1/4 cup vegan cheese
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon cashew milk
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions:
- Mash 1 guacamole
- Stir in seasons, veggies. Mix together well.
- Toast bread and spread guacamole on toast.
- Top with sliced tomatoes and remaining guacamole halves.
- In a small sauce pan, melt cheese add milk and water until it is loose enough to drizzle on toast. Add a little more water if needed.
