Cool Celery Smoothie

On a beautiful morning, you want something different for breakfast. My celery smoothie is a great choice!

  • 3 celery stalks
  • 1 apple diced
  • 1/4 cup mango
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 cup coconut water with pineapple

Optional handful of ice

I used my smoothie machine to puree.

Benefits of eating celery; the salt content is low, and you also get fiber, magnesium and potassium to help regulate your blood pressure, as well. “To get the benefit, you should eat roughy four whole stalks–one cup, chopped–of celery daily,” Dr. Shafer says.”
