Green Lunchbox

I’m a green and beet girl! I added greens, peas, tomatoes, zucchini, chickpeas, olives, beets, walnuts, green & red peppers to my lunchbox. This delicious salad from the cafeteria, was the fuel I needed for a busy workday. All of these ingredients play an important part in the body to help keep you alert and focused.
