Choose A Healthy Choice For Breakfast

Breakfast is one of the most important meals. For me, it is the fuel I need to energize me for the day. It is important my day is productive and purposeful. With a healthy diet, I feel physically and mentally fit.

My fruit bowl is an energy booster:

* Mango is high in antioxidant, fiber and low in carbohydrates

* Apples are a good source of vitamin C, and another antioxidant

* Kiwi is full of nutrients like vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin E, and potassium. It is a good source of fiber and has lots of antioxidants

* Watermelon consists of mostly water 91% and carbs 7.5%. It contains almost no protein or fat, and is very low in calories. It is hight in vitamin C, vitamin A and many healthy plant compounds
